All International orders are shipped from Canada
If your shipping address is located outside of the USA or Canada then your order will be shipped from the head office located in BC, Canada. From the moment you place your order until the time it is delivered you can consider your information safe with us. We do not share or sell the customer details we collect to fullfill the orders, nor do we allow that information to be comprimised at anytime by anyone.
How is it shipped and what return address is displayed?
When we ship your package it will be sent in a simple white or brown box containing only the outside shipping label ( and customs documents if your international outside of Canada and USA ) with your delivery address and the return address from Innersight Trading in BC, Canada, and Mt. Baker Mushrooms in WA, USA. If custom documents are required they will use a description of "mycology sample for microscopy"or something of that nature. It will not mention anything about mushrooms directly or the strain contained inside whether it be an edible/medicinal species or an exotic or cubensis strain. This way your privacy is maintained at all times and the contents of the package will not be known unless it is actually opened.
Returns and Unclaimed shipments
In the unlikley event your package is not claimed when it is delivered it should be returned back to the original shipping location. When we receive returned packages in most cases it is due to them being unclaimed upon delivery, when this happens we will update your order with the return date and attempt to contact you via email. If you do not reply in the next 3-5 business days we will initiate a refund minus the cost of shipping required to send the original package. If you do respond you will have the option to have the same order resent for a new shipping fee to the address of your choice.
